TelePhones
Handsets, routers, SIMs and eSIMs, with the line already on them.
A phone is a physical object with a serial number, a SIM is posted and activated, and an eSIM is a profile downloaded onto a device that must be named before it is issued. Three different things behind one shelf, and the distinctions are kept: stock is decremented inside the order, an IMEI is checked before it is believed, and an eSIM activation code is shown once because anybody holding it can use it. Devices come from distributors and manufacturers; the line that runs on them comes from a carrier or an eSIM aggregator. A customer buying both is placing one order.
For a business
Put hardware and connectivity in the same basket as the rest of your account — including eSIMs somebody can use the moment they land.
Build on it
Every endpoint sits under /api/v1/telephones, and every agent tool is
named telenaas_telephones_*. A key scoped to TelePhones reaches those and nothing else — reads included.
What it is billed on
phones.order — carried media, not seats. Adding somebody to the team does not add to the bill.
