A fall, a missed dose, a reading out of range — somebody is told.
Health devices report here and the right people are texted: family are told that something happened, where, and who to ring; clinicians may be told the reading. The payload is encrypted and a family member is never sent a measurement, because a text message is not the place for somebody's medical detail.

Escalation that reaches a person rather than a dashboard nobody is watching at three in the morning, with disclosure decided by role rather than by whoever wrote the template.

named telenaas_telehealth_*. A key scoped to TeleHealth reaches those and nothing else — reads included.
What it is billed on
telehealth.alert — carried media, not seats. Adding somebody to the team does not add to the bill.
